We accept orders via our website only through PayPal

Yes, a VAT invoice is included with all orders as standard.

If you order before 2PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order after 2PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on the next working day. Payment for your order must be cleared before 2PM otherwise your order will not be posted.

All our lashes are handmade so please expect the length of each of our lashes to vary by 2mm. This shouldn’t make your beautiful lashes any noticeably different.

You must ensure you take good care of your lashes and clean them after every use. Please make sure you put the lashes back into it correct position in the original box after every use. Do not pull on the lash hairs with tweezers or any other instrument this may cause shedding.
